Unplasticised Polyvinyl chloride or simply UPVC is a hard plastic. During it’s production plasticizers which are responsible for flexibility and softness are not added which makes UPVC rigid. It does not react to chemicals and can withstand direct sunlight without getting deformed. It is also not affected by oxidation of water. Manufacturing UPVC is also inexpensive.
